2023 Honda Passport Hybrid–The new Honda Passport Hybrid for 2023 has been spotted for the first time. As can be seen, this variant appears to be more rugged than the standard one. On both ends of the identified prototype, there was minimal camouflage, showing some alterations. First and foremost, the new Passport’s front fascia looks considerably better, and its philosophy is based on the Ridgeline pickup truck. The next SUV has an all-new mesh grille, a new front bumper, and redesigned turn signals and fog lights, which we spotted right away. Furthermore, the new vehicle will be driven by a mild hybrid system linked to a proven 3.5-liter V6 engine.
The upcoming 2023 Honda Passport, as previously announced, is getting some upgrades for the 2023 model year and has been spotted testing with minimal camo. The spotted model appears to be equally as tough as the Ridgeline pickup vehicle. First and foremost, Honda’s designers have done an excellent job with this SUV, and we particularly like the all-new grille, which is inspired by the tough Honda Ridgeline and features a mesh design. Basically, the manufacturer gave this model a facelift, which included a new front bumper with a chunkier appearance, as well as redesigned turn signals and fog lights. On the back, the Passport will get a new bumper and red taillight lenses, among other minor tweaks.
New technology elements will be included in the Honda Passport in 2023. The interior of this model should be as comfy as previously, with an 8-inch infotainment system. Furthermore, in order to stay up with its competitors, Honda increased the number of standard amenities across all trim levels. The Ford Edge, Hyundai Santa Fe, and Nissan Murano all have less interior storage than the Nissan Murano, which is roughly 77.9 cubic feet. Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone integration, as well as tri-zone automated climate control and a 7-speaker audio system, are included as standard features. Furthermore, even on the entry-level model, the Honda Sensing suite of driver assistance is available. Automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning/lane-keeping assistance, and adaptive cruise control are included in this package), as well as keyless entry/ignition, automatic high beams, and active noise cancellation.
The new 2023 Honda Passport Hybrid will be powered by a 3.5-liter V6 with a hybrid system under the hood. The normal model has 280 horsepower and torque of 262 lb-ft (355 Nm) without the hybrid technology. However, as far as we know, the hybrid vehicle will have a power output of 300 horses and a large battery capacity. We may expect the Passport to use the same 9-speed automatic transmission as the previous model. Variable cylinder management, Eco Assist, and a stop/start feature when idling all come standard on the V6 engine.
The forthcoming 2023 Honda Passport Hybrid is spied testing with some mild camo. As far as we know, the new model should arrive next year with many innovations. Alongside the hybrid model, the manufacturer will also introduce the regular one. The entry-level, front-drive Passport Sport will start at $33,710, while the hybrid one should be a few thousand dollars more.
