Hello everyone, welcome to our site, Today we will take a look into The New 2022 Audi e-tron GT. The 2022 e-tron GT is the latest all-electric vehicle in Audi’s EV series, and it’s all-new for 2022. It joins the e-tron SUV and Sportback variants, with the Q4 e-tron SUV to follow. This summer, the e-tron GT will be available for purchase.
2022 Audi e-tron GT Design
The 2022 e-tron GT is a striking electric vehicle with strong engineering ties to the Porsche Taycan. In reality, the two-slinky four-door Gran Turismo was created in tandem and shares a cutting-edge 800-volt propulsion system that allows for speedier charging and ensures consistent performance. A unique two-speed transmission aids the e-tron GT’s dual electric motors, which create between 522 and 637 horsepower depending on the model. This allows for stunning take-offs.
Prices & Trims Levels
The 2022 version of e-tron GT is available in three versions or trims, Premium Plus which has value around $100,945, Prestige with $108,145, and RS which cost you around $140,945.
The e-tron GT’s interior combines whimsical and practical components. The cabin features an angular dashboard with various digital screens and expensive detailing. Audi offers a leather interior in a variety of colors, as well as a leather-free interior made of recycled materials. Of course, there are plenty of luxurious options to choose from. Ambient interior lighting, a head-up display, heated and cooled front seats with massaging capabilities, and more are among the main features. Front-seat passengers are low to the ground, allowing for a more athletic driving position. Legroom is plentiful in the back outboard seats, but headroom is limited, and the center seat is more courteous than comfortable. Luggage can be stored behind the back seats and in the front trunk under the hood (frunk).
Dashboard and Infotainment System
While the e-tron GT’s infotainment system isn’t as touchscreen-heavy as the A7 sedan and e-tron SUV, it’s nevertheless visually appealing and packed with popular content. The 10.1-inch center touchscreen is compatible with steering-wheel controls and voice-recognition software. The e-tron GT comes with wireless charging and a powerful 16-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system, as well as a subscription-based Wi-Fi hotspot.
Engine Options & Performance
The ordinary e-tron GT generates up to 522 horsepower, while the RS version generates 637 horsepower thanks to a pair of electric motors that provide an electrified version of Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system. With the help of its revolutionary two-speed gearbox, which includes a first gear for launches and a second top gear for optimal efficiency, this power is transferred to exciting acceleration. Because of its sophisticated cooling mechanism, the battery pack can withstand multiple runs without showing signs of heat-related damage.
Audi’s sporty EV also avoids standard one-pedal driving in favor of a more natural feel. All-wheel steering, adjustable air suspension, and wheel widths ranging from 19 to 21 inches are offered on the e-tron GT. We drove the RS version and were impressed by how smooth the ride was, how steady the handling was, and how customizable the regenerative braking settings were via the steering wheel paddles.
